We were at SpliTech 2025
The 10th International Conference on Smart and Sustainable Technologies (SpliTech 2025) took place in Split and Bol, Croatia from 16 to 20 June 2025.
This year, the conference brought together researchers, scientists, engineers, and professionals from around the world to discuss and share their latest advancements and developments in the fields of:

During the conference, Dr Paris Fokaides, our INBLANC colleague at Frederick Research Center (FRC) presented his paper titled “Recent Developments in Life Cycle Assessment Implementation in the EU: Advancing Sustainability Through Level(s) and the New European Bauhaus”.
The paper analyzes frameworks like Level(s) and the New European Bauhaus (NEB) to identify implementation gaps and potential synergies, emphasizing on the role of LCA in advancing European sustainability targets. The findings provide practical insights for aligning LCA practices with policy frameworks.
Overall, the conference attracted 232 peer-reviewed submissions this year, offering an amazing opportunity to learn about eye-opening research and connect with forward-thinking professionals.
