INBLANC gathering in Geneva, Switzerland

In March, INBLANC convened its team of experts in Geneva, Switzerland, for the project's third in-person gathering. The meeting spanned two days and hosted more than 40 professionals from across Europe at Geneva’s University Hospitals facilities.

Having reached the first full year of its 3.5-year lifetime, INBLANC is in full gear with preparatory activities and tools development to deliver profoundly significant results for the buildings of the future.

In addition to the general assembly meeting, the team also held its first review meeting with the European Commission’s project officer and assigned reviewer to discuss scientific achievements and developments. The session offered a comprehensive look at progress up to December 2025, considering both technical achievements and strategic direction. The project’s trajectory was examined in detail, from advanced research outputs to transversal activities including dissemination, communication, and exploitation strategies and overall management.

What emerged was a clear signal that the project has just reached its first full year of operations, yet it has already established a strong base for achieving its expected results.

It was truly a pleasure to connect with all partners in person. We look forward to the next team gathering in September 2026, in Aalborg, Denmark!
